A classically trained ballet dancer with over 20 years of experience throughout the U.S. and Europe , Jennifer created The Graceful Movement inspired by a lifetime of education consisting her passions, Ballet, Yoga and Pilates. Her classes are a fusion of all three of her passions. Classes are a unique and fluid mix combining posture and motion through different forms of movement including barre, pilates and yoga. Each class is different from the next, always creative and with an element of surprise.
